This is used in conjunction with a completed Job Request Document. The employer receives a frank CV outlining the candidates skills set, interpersonal skill, appearance and English capability. These interviews are held in Poland. Once CVs have been sent we then invite the employer to conduct their own telephone interview with the candidate. Once this has taken place we will then make all the arrangements to bring the candidates to the UK and be ready for employment. Polish and most Eastern European workers no longer require visas to work in the UK and can be employed like any other UK employee.
